First 30

Wall to wall, no dead air. The only agent work you start here is the Enterprise tab, and then you leave it alone until the next block.

If an MSF-01 review block lands in here it preempts, and First 30 becomes First 40. Expected, not a failure.

Four lanes up

Loosest stretch of the day, and 20 minutes shorter than it was on the 8:00 start. That is where the later start gets paid for.

Close out and card up

12:30 checkpoint. If MSF-01 is not about five review blocks of eight through, stop pulling website work and feed MSF-01 only. MSF-01 running late is the only thing that can break today.

The handoff

2:10Kick off MSF-02 in Tab 1
2:10Kick off MSF-06 in Tab 2
2:15Lunch, 30 minutes, while they generate their first block

Both kicked off before you do anything else. Do not eat before the handoff: that first generation is the longest stretch of dead air you get all afternoon.

2:45 to 5:10
T1 MSF-02 T2 MSF-06 T3 What's LiLo Like

The crunch

MSF-02 60, MSF-06 60, Yash 30, What's LiLo Like 10. That is 160 minutes of demand in a 145 minute block. If two review blocks land at once, service MSF-02 first and let MSF-06 wait.

Yash sits inside this block, 4:30 to 5:00. He cannot move later: after 5:10 there are 80 minutes to 6:30 and the nav plus roadmap need 75. The 15 minute overage is What's LiLo Like In The Home. Kept on the page to track, first thing to drop.

Build the private nav

A second nav bar, separate from the public site nav, displayed only on the password-protected pages. Does not exist yet. Build it.

Library is not in this nav. Same password on all five pages, set in First 30. WordPress keys page-password access to the password, not the page, so one password means teammates type it once and click through. Different passwords means a password wall on every click.

Land it

6:25Done. Laptop shut.

LA

Not measured
If it goes sideways, cut from the bottom
  1. What's LiLo Like In The Home, both versions. Starts 12:00, finishes in the afternoon block. Softest deadline of anything today, so it is first to go.
  2. Six home cards. The ChatGPT image generation is your hands and cannot be parallelized, which makes it the most expensive item per unit of value.
  3. MSF-06. If MSF-01 does not close until 1:30 or later, run MSF-02 alone and move MSF-06 to Thursday. Do not cram two MSF lanes into two and a half hours.

The Health Ready section is not a cut, it is a coin flip. If Kasten takes it you get 45 minutes back. If he has not answered by 11:45, do it yourself.
